What We Do
Having a loved one or friend who has a gambling addiction is an extremely stressful experience, which can affect your physical health, psychological wellbeing, finances, and relationships. This suggests that you need help in your own right, to enable you to cope better with what are usually ongoing issues. Our service offers a care pathway for affected family members, whether the gambler is in treatment or not. The pathway is a mixture of sessions with a therapist, followed by the opportunity to join other affected loved ones in a peer support group.
We also offer the opportunity for loved ones to be involved with their loved one’s gambling treatment, should they be receiving help in our service.
